Duplicate Phone Numbers in RE

Is anyone having a problem entering phone numbers.  I have tried to enter phone numbers on a couple of constituent records and

when I try to save the number an error message pops up saying that this is a duplicate phone type when there are no other numbers listed

on these constituent records. Am I missing something?

    Are you on version 7.94 or higher? Try ticking the "show inactive phones and emails" box at the bottom of the phone grid; there might be some inactive ones that are hidden. There should also be a little red tick on the phone number tab to indicate that there's some data there (unless you've turned those off in your settings).
