Reporting on total number of appeals received

Hello! I'm not sure if there is an easy answer to this or not .... does anyone have an easy way to track and evaluate in RE, the question:

"How many donors received 10 or more mailings last year?"

Is there a report that counts the number of appeals under the Appeal tab, according to date range? Do I need to make a Custom report for this?

Any help would be appreciated - thanks!.
