Hi.

In the past when assigning action reminders to solitors we were able to add to outlook, add to RE or add to both, those choices are grayed out, and the only option is to RE.

Am I missing a switch someplace or was that function removed in an upgrade.

We are self hosted and on RE 7.96 and the latest release.

    Sounds as if the Microsoft Outlook add-in may not be linked correctly.  Ask your IT folks to check on that if you don't know how.  Otherwise, check the BB knowledgebase and it will tell you how to locate the add-in etc.

    I believe there was a recent Microsoft Update which caused some problems with integration.  Anytime Microsoft implements a change that affects integration, BB may need some time to figure out how to accommodate that change.  It also may depend on what version of Microsoft you're on.


    You may want to add some additional information to this thread...version of Outlook, version of RE.  And if you don't get the answer from the Community or the Knowledgebase, contact BB Support.  They should at least be able to tell you if it's something to do with a Microsoft update, even if they don't know when the integration will be back up and running.
