Notes, Actions, Attributes and Constituency Codes

Is there a way to print a separate list of notes, actions, attributes and constituency codes?

    Are you talking about all of those used in RE or are you wanting from a record or several records. Do you want the list of action types?


    The list of constituent codes can be printed by going to Configuration > Tables > Constituent Codes. In right panel, right click and near the bottom of the pop up is option to print. There you can actually pick just constit codes or other tables like Actions.


    For Attributes, go to Configuration > Tables > Attributes. Right click and it will generate a list of your Address, Constit, Gift... attributes.


    Notepad types is available on the table list. Don't know about printing out note content other than by querying on records and including note in output.

    If you're talking about printing out all the listed items for a Constituent, I suggest the Constituent Profile. It's fairly flexible as to what's included or not. At my former organization, we didn't do a lot of on the road work - most of it was local so the Director could look someone up before meeting with them. But the Constituent Profiles were very useful for handing to the President before a meeting so that he had a way to review without actually going into RE (which I'm not sure he even had an account in, though his Exec did). As I recall, you access the report when you have the constituent record open and drop down Constituent at the top. I was just looking in the User Guides and it said to get to them by way of File,Print, Constituent Profile. I no longer have daily access to RE, so I can't check for myself. Getting the items you want on the profile is a little bit of trial and error, but it does make a handy list of contact info, gifts, notes, actions - whatever you ask it to give you in the parameter set up.
