in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT®: General Discussion
Is anyone keeping electroic copies of gift detail?  We currenlty scan gift detail (pledge cards, bre's, notes, ect) with a copy of the check and scan into another software. I would ideally like to be able keep this information within the Raisers' Edge database.

How does your organization handle this?  I am sure I am not the only one!

    I keep electronic copies for gifts that our auditors are typically asking for. With some exceptions, I do not attach them to the media tab in Raiser's Edge, but store them in a seperate folder on our shared drive. The reason is, that Global Export of the files is not possible as far as I know, which would make it difficult to retrieve the files back for my purpose.
