Segmenting Appeals/Packages

We have never done much segmenting of our mail list, but are trying some now. I have a mailing that went to 12 different segments. How do I go about indicating this in my global add of the appeal?

    Thanks. I just ran an import, trying to add the appeal, with the various packages. Hopefully it worked :)

    I create an import file from the spreadsheet the mail house sends and run it with all appeals and packages together.  It consists of the fields I attached.  I may be too late, but it may help.

    In the Mail module, you can use the Segment tab available under Cards, Envelopes, Labels, and Quick Letters to globally add Appeals and Packages to different constituent groups. Please refer to this knowledgebase for details. FYI – clicking Print or Preview will add the appeals to the constituent records, so make sure you do that just once.
    You can also use Global Add from Admin, but you can only add one group at a time.
