Giving Score Query

Options
I recently ran an update of our giving scores.  I noticed that some changed from fan to VIP and vice-versa.  Is there a way to show a list of those who are VIPs from just the current update I ran?  I'm finding when I run the query, it shows anyone who has ever been a VIP.

Thanks,

Adam Eggert

If their canned one doesn't do it. If I remember correctly, yes there is a way.  You need to create your own constituent query.  Ratings > Category - VIP and add a date filter.  This is how you can select source and find ones you've manually changed also.
  • I did do this, but it still seems to show the
VIPs from previous updates on the list as well.

Just tested and I can query for VIPs as of any particular rating date. For my constit query I have
    Rating Category equals VIP

AND Rating Date equals X/X/XX - my most recent rating.

It's just pulling records with ratings for that date.

Are you trying to get only the "new" VIPs? If so you'll need to add criteria to remove those with VIP ratings on other dates.
