Mailing Event Seating to Participants

Hi all!

We are trying to find a way to email out assigned section/table numbers to participants of an event we have coming up.  The easiest way that I can think of doing this is to run a participant export with section numbers that we then use in a mail merge, but my supervisor would like to know if there is a way to do this directly from raiser's edge/online express.  Any ideas/guidance on the best way to make this happen would be very appreciated!
