Wanted to know if anyone is using @Pay and what are your experiences. Would you recommend this product?

Hi Jennifer-

I don't have any experience with @Pay, but I did call them two months ago to learn about their product. Below are the notes I took during the phone call. Hope this is helpful.

Advantages of @Pay

Low Cost: $399/year

Stripe Transaction fees: 2.5% + $0.30/transaction (NOTE: Blackbaud Merchant Services charges 2.598% + $0.26/transaction)

Unlimited Keywords: We can choose as many keywords as we want without risk of conflicting with someone else’s keyword and each key word leads to a different donation page

Thermometer page (optional, but free)

Easy to design: Text and images are drag-n-drop/copy-paste into a template

Frequent Disbursements: Funds are dispersed every 24-48 hours (NOTE: Online Express donations take a week and Kintera takes two weeks)

Disadvantages of @Pay

No ability to push text messages to prospects/donors
