Handling third party gifts that deduct a portion for admin/processing costs?

If a $100 donation is received thru United Way. United Way keeps $5 for admin costs, thus only sending MWPH $95. Seems like we need to book the full $100 in RE (so recognition levels are maintained appropriately), but with only $95 being received how do we treat/capture the $5 that united Way kept as an admin/processing fee?
