Consultant - Donor Perfect to RE Conversion

All, I am looking for recommendations for a consultant to manage a MAJOR conversion from a very old version of Donor to RE.  Ideally someone who has done this a couple of times.  We are a unique animal, in that we are a consulting firm . . so would like to find someone who can also make some recommendations on best practices with regards to segmenting our clients, donor acknowledgement processes, and reporting.


I would expect this to be a multi-month engagement.  Any assistance in crafting the job description and or recommendations are appreciated.
