Hosted connection issues this morning?

Is anyone else (that is hosted) losing connection every few minutes?  Our IT people have checked everything on our end and all is good but I lose connection every few minutes which is drastically slowing down what I have to get done today.  I know the status page says operational but I do not believe that to be true.

  • I was having some trouble around 6:30am EST but after a restarting and clearing all my old citrix downloads I seem to be up and running. 
  • How do you clear out your old citrix downloads
    because I am still having issues…

  • If yours is set up like mine, you just go to your libraries, the downloads folder and you might see launch(1), launch(2), launch(3) with the citrix symbol. Then you can simply delete them like a document.
