font size & spacing issues in newsletter

It seems that all of my font-size are at 15px but they're not showing that way...

This <a title="eatFresh hands on learning" href="https://chestercountyfoodbank.org/trying-new-foods-taste-eat-fresh/" target="_blank">educational, hands-on initiative</a> offers cooking and nutrition classes for youth and adults who are at risk of <a title="food insecurity" href="https://chestercountyfoodbank.org/what-is-food-insecurity/" target="_blank">food insecurity</a>.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The Food Bank will close at <strong>Noon on Friday, December 22 and remain closed through January 1st.</strong> We will return to the office on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.&nbsp;Thank you for being our community partner as we work to ensure access to real, healthy food for our Chester County neighbors in need.&nbsp;</span></p>
