I posted this on the RE user group yesterday, sorry if you are seeing this again. The FB post has over 130 comments so far and made some folks very happy to know that they are not alone (yay DBA therapy!) 
, so I also wanted to post it here for those not on that FB group.

I think this or something like it was posted a while ago. I can't find it so I'll ask again. My last post (on the Facebook RE group) touched on how database admins work/handle/ignore/deal with our MGO coworkers. I'd like to compile a list of things we want MGOs (or any coworkers, vendors, anyone else) to know, to do, to not do, etc. I'll post the list on my website and that way you can send the link to MGOs and make it required reading. (I'd be glad to send it anonymously on your behalf.)
