Ticketing Software

Options
Howdy, all! Does anyone have a recommendation for ticketing software that can integrate with RE: Events? Right now we do ticket sales through Greater Giving but they don't do ticketing. I'm seeing a lot of sites that do complete event managment but I'm wondering if there is a simple ticketing program.

A little background - we are a health care foundation who does a few ticketed events and we need a better way to manage that. We don't need anything like PatronEdge since we're not a theater or musem or anything.

  • Hi Amy,

We use iDonate for our Online Donations, but they have a ticketing platform as well. We use it for certain events that just require a ticket to be purchased. Intestingly enough, our Women's Board also uses it for some of their food sale fundraisers. We actually used it for their Snowflake and Heart Fundraiser as well. It is pretty simple to use, but has a bunch of flexibility for being creative with how it can be used.

We use the JMG Plugin to integrate all the data from iDonate into RE. It works pretty really well.

    Cheers,

    David

I'm not aware of anything that does a direct integration with the RE Event module.  Import-Omatic might do batch synchronization with 3rd-party ticketing products.  What level of ticketing do you need?  Assigned seating?  Or just general admission?  Greater Giving does general admission (and even some limited assigned tables, if I remember correctly).

Auction Maestro is an Event software contracted/cooredinated with RE and has the ability to push (no, not import/export) the data back and forth.
