Recording Two Tribute gifts from one donor

Hi Community,


I didn't know how to search for a possible answer to this question.  We recently received a tribute gift sending birthday wishes to two individuals.  We use Raiser's Edge and the Plug In, but I'm unclear if there's a way to record the tribute to each individual through the gift.


Any suggestions?

    Once the gift pulls through to RE, we split the gift into two -- one for each tribute. So we don't lose the trail, we adjust the initial gift down and use the difference to create a new gift for the other tributee. And we record the heck out of it in the Gift Reference and Gift Adjustment tab.
