Constituent Not Showing Up In Query...

Hi,

We have a constituent who has not been receiving our university's magazine but would like to start. Their address is up to date in the database and it's marked as "send mail", however the constituent is not showing up in any of the queries that they should be in based on criteria.

Any ideas as to why this is happening? I appreciate any input you may have!

Just covering the bases here, do they have any solicit codes that are being excluded? Are they checked off as "inactive"?

Are you using the right query type? That's the only thing I can think of, however I feel sometimes RE just has its moments.

All of the queries in our folder pertaining to our magazine are constituent. Makes it all the more puzzling...

Just trying out possible reasons - does the address have a 'to' date entered? Or does another field you're querying on such as constituent code have a past 'to' date?

Use a new Query with Criteria [Constituent ID] equals ___ and add in, one at a time, the criteria from the Queries you're using that you think should be including this person. Hopefully, you'll discover the problem and be able to resolve it. (And hopefully it's only affecting this one record!) Worst case scenario, add Criteria of [Constituent ID] equals ___ to one of your Queries and make a note of it on the record that you had to force-include the record.
