Stationery Issues on Forwarded Emails - Adding content that shouldn't appear

We've recently notice that (out of the blue?) our emails, when forwarded, have a major bug in our stationery. They create additional boxes which didn't exist before, which seem to be drawing content from other parts of our CRM.


Any have any thoughts or tips on how to tackle this?

  • Hey Josh. This is pretty perplexing. I'm going to forward this on to our product teams, but it does look like something that will probably require a support ticket. Have you already sent one?
