emails sent so far - usage

This time of year, we try to watch our email sent usage pretty close so we don't go over our limit.  Since the usage report isn't real time - for us, it only goes through the last time we ran it which was 11/20 - is there another way to determine how many emails were sent for the month currently?  It is very difficult, nearly impossible to be accurate, to track manually.

  • Hi Alicia. Your CSM should be able to pull those numbers for you if you're uncertain about the usage report's timeliness.

  • I just asked
    support to pull the numbers and they were unable to pull anything
    recent, unfortunately.  They’re checking with the senior folks
    though. 

  • No one was able to give me an updated number.  The usage report only gets updated once a month.  I had to pull reports on 40 emails under 35 different campaigns to determine approximately the number os emails sent for the month and hope I didn't miss any.   It is so frustrating that there isn't a more appropriate way to make sure we don't go over our limit for emails sent.
