Remove or Hide the "Make a Gift" button that is part of the Status Indicator

I am hoping to hide/remove the "Make a Gift!" button that displays under the Status Indicator (Thermometer). It can be hidden by including a snippet of code in the HTML portion of the Greetings Page; but I do not know the code.

Can anyone help?

This hides the "search for a participant" as well as the donation button.
