The maximum number of email lists has been reached

If there is a max of 200 email lists available in Online Express, why can't we delete ones we do not need anymore? Is there a viable workaround besides using old lists over again with new queries?

I think it's only 200 active. If you deactivate old lists, they shouldn't count. (At least that's what I was last told.)  We haven't quite hit 200 yet, so I can't speak from experience though, sorry!

  • Nope. Deactiveating them does not seem to make a
difference in the max'ed out number, sadly.

  • Well, dang.  That's definitely not what we were told last year.

Yes, it's a pain! You lose the ability to create lists on the fly. Always have to go back and use old lists and add new queries to them. The only advantage to dactivating the lists is making the LIST of lists shorter. You then have to 'activate' an old one and put the new query in. Not ideal.

I think fixing this was on the OLX roadmap of updates and upgrades for 2017, but it's doubtful that it will be done anytime soon since nothing else from the roadmap has been rolled out.

  • glad it's on the list!
