    Hi!  I was having the same issue.  I chatted with support and they told me how to hide that but you can't edit or delete it.  If you want to hide it you go to fine tuning tab>event details>fine print and make the font color the same as the background.  Hope this helps you.  It sure made my form look less confusing.
