Adding Date/Time Stamp to Reports

I'm supporting a radio-thon, and I have not found any reports that include date/time stamps. It's a huge hurdle to producing information that can be used on-air.

    Don't all the date fields in Report Writer include date and time? Or am I missing your point here... (Sorry if I am.)

    Report Writer > Transactions > Transaction Details report


    In the Valued Transaction section, use Creation Date. That should show date and time.


    Edit: When I was doing Radiothon reporting, I would add a formula column to this report in Excel. Something like =CONCATINATE(DAY(B2), "-", HOUR(B2)) which would give you values like 2-5, 2-6, 2-7. (Our Radiothon was 2 days.)


    This way you can make a neat pivot table with all the donations by hour.
