Registration Autoresponder - Automatic Registration

I was testing a form today and found that I received this autoresponder even though I am already a registered user.  I looked back through some prior gifts and found that I get this responder with every gift.  I then tested further by submitting another gift today (2x) and I received it again today.  Because we also use the Application autoresponder - Donation Thank You any time someone makes a gift they are getting 2 emails in their in-box.  Any ideas how to make this stop?

    Are you logged in when you are doing your testing?

    When you say logged in, do you mean into the backend LO app. or do you mean logged into my user?  Yesterday I may have been logged into the backend LO app so I tried again today being logged out and I got the same results.

    When I say logged into my user I would mean the front end username and password.
