Email reviewer group emails keep disappearing

We've had an issue for a while now that certain random emails that are in our email reviewer groups are just randomly disappearing from said groups.

Each group has no more than six or seven emails in it, and each of the 'disappearing' emails still remain an active constituent in Luminate -- they just end up not in the group anymore.

Anyone else having this issue? Any idea what it could be?

Hey Sarah. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble. I'll leave this open for community feedback, but it does sound like something that may require input from support as well. Have you opened a support ticket?

Hey Sarah. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble. I'll leave this open for community feedback, but it does sound like something that may require input from support as well. Have you opened a support ticket?

Not yet, but I will. Seemed like one of those fluke things that we wouldn't be able to reproduce.

That's really strange. I don't think we've had that problem, but I'll have to watch closer now. Your group isn't built from a query, is it?

Definitely not -- no recurring, nothing set up to auto-populate, nothing. It was simply a small batch of hand-selected emails/constituents to be in there.
