If someone opts-out of one of our email lists will that remove them from all of our email communications?

    Hi Emily! Yes, Online Express will treat any opt-out as an global opt-out.  However, it does not mark that constituent as Requests no email, so if the constituent has more than one email address they are still eligible to receive emails via OLX at the alternative email address as long as they have not clicked unsubscribe from that email address as well.   Check out this KB for additional information: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/71845
