Luminate RE Integration - What happens to records that we "reject" and don't want to bring over?

Hi there,

We had a raffle and collected lots of $5 donations that we don't want to bring over to RE.  During the cross referencing in the LO plug in, what happens to a record if we select "reject"?  I'm scared to do it, but want to get them out of the list!  Thanks for any guidance.

    Hi Leila,


    As far as I know, the information is held in LO but does not flow through to RE.  I reject false requests to join our enewsletter or small typos in the constituents entries, but, for the record, I have yet to reject a donation.


    I'd chat with LO Support to ask any real detail questions about the process.

    I would like to resurrect this thread. I didn't get a clean answer from Blackbaud when I asked Case Support. Hoping there are others here who have experience one way or the other with "rejecting" constituent records from coming into RE. Will that affect their coming into RE later if in fact they DO make an online donation?  What if they make a donation and don't update anything about their LO profile (name, etc)?
