Can you tell me why my original query I am using for my online express email has 816 recipients, but when I upload the query it says there are only 3 email addresses?

    Do all of the records in your Query have email addresses?  Are those email addresses marked Inactive?  Do you have your OLX settings set to use the appropriate Phone Types to include those email addresses?  If you've checked all of these and can't determine what's going awry, then I would suggest contacting BB Support.

    Great question, Janna.  I would like to know that as well. That happens to my team as well. Our query shows 1100 and only 964 get uploaded in OLX.
