Does anyone have a user guide/procedures/training manual for Online Express that they would be happy to share? I've got quite a bit of this to do and am looking to see how others do it.

    Hi Matt,


    I'm sure other organizations have lots of great documentation and things that have worked for them. From a 'Baud standpoint I usually like to share these resources with users who are new or getting ramped up:

    Online Express Onboarding & Adoption Webinar Series - I know you've attended before so you already know about our program but the new user can also watch our recordings On Demand from the Resources Page. We do rotating topics + I try to throw in special topics when I can to keep it interesting!

    Online Express FAQ Help Documentation

    Online Express "How-to" Web Portal - Complete with videos and step-by-step instructions to go with the different parts of the software.


    Anyways, I'm sure other orgs have great recommendations but maybe this helps!

    I do applaud the use of video and moving with the times and so forth. That said, some of my users want something they can print out, write on (and I guess I'm also after something I can customise for our org. but that's obviously not BB's business)


    Some of the FAQ are really useful and I've not noticed them before (especially the processing transactions one) so thanks for that link. It would be really useful to have similar ones for events, or much on options for adding emails onto records, or for admins setting up some of the nuances.
