Pre-populate fields in Event Registration Form

I want to set the quantity of tickets automatically to '1' instead of the person having to select it, or put our city or province as the default selected.

Am I missing a way to do this?

In Online Express, on the "Getting Started" tab, you can select the registration number and maximum number. If you set these both at "1", when you preview the form and click on quantity, the only option it loads is "1." Does that help? I am not sure how to default a city/province, sorry.
