Our foundation is having the same issue with the same error. Wondering if the server is down again.
  • Same here. I was working fine this moring, but now I'm also seeing a Citrix Profile Management Windows Server 2008 R2 screen. Hosting Status page says everything is operational.

  • Me too - worked earlier.

Now I get through login #1, but then 2nd RE login appears to load but won't come up.
  • Status page still says everything is operational. They started an Alert for this issue at 10:58 EST and considered it resolved as of 11:22 EST. I'm trying to open a case with them now.

Some at our organization are experiencing the same issue.
  • Looks like they're on top of it

All of my users are having issues with latency issues and errors logging in to RE. Now the hosting status page is not working and says the server is not responding. Are others still having issues?

  • There is a place within Blackbaud that gives updates on outages, but I can't seem to find it today.
  • We started experiencing latency on Tuesday afternoon - continues today. Affecting all of our users on the "Edge" side. Makes our CFO very cranky - since we have a check run this week.

Use the Hosting Status tab at the top of this page :)

  • Yes, and we are trying to get attendees entered for an event coming up.  Glad I'm not alone, but it is still frustrating.  I found the site to keep up to date on this.  It's http://status.blackbaud.com/.

    Hi everyone!

I'm so sorry you're experiencing issues today. First, I wanted to let you know that I've escalated this thread so your concerns are being shared here at Blackbaud. Second, if you are experiencing issues, you can always access your hosting status from the Community. Click "hosting status" in the tabbed navigation and then click on the green "check hosting status" button.

Thank you again for sharing. I will continue to share it with the appropriate Blackbaud teams.

  • Same issue here!  I restarted my computer 3 times then finally RE loaded.  Third times the charm :)

Update - Our engineers continue to work diligently to address the error "The remote desktop is busy" some customers may still be receiving while attempting to log in to the application. The next update will be provided in 1 hour. Please continue to reference this page for updates.

Yep, looks like it's happening again like in mid- August.  If we're down another week due to Boston server problems, there is going to be some serious discussions within this office on moving to another platform.  With the lack of ANY one-one-one response from Blackbaud to being down for the better part of a week in August, nor hearing of a credit to our account for the lost productivity, the patience is wearing out over here.

  • Still struggling here in all my offices across Northern California.  Sigh.
