Is it possible to generate an automatic email when a credit card declines

Hello!

One of my gift officers asked if Luminate Online (which we use to process our ongoing monthly donor transactions) can send an email to the donor when their credit card declines - like the moment it declines?

Anyone know if this is possible and if so how to get it set up

I was able to chat with support and found out it is possible

Posting here in case anyone else needs the same answer - it is a Failed Sustaining Payment Notification autoresponder that you can set up on individual donation forms as needed

Joanne, you might even consider setting up a Query in LO to identify sustaining gift commitments 1-2 months out that have an upcoming credit card expiration. Then you can set up a recurring email delivery to this query-based group to notify them to either contact your org or edit their card expiration in the Gift Services Center!
