Marking Gifts Given in Luminate as Acknowledged in RE

Hoping someone can help.  Does anyone know if there is a way to automatically mark gifts given in Luminate as "Acknowledged" in Raiser's Edge.  When I approve the gifts to go into RE the gift is saved, but it is labeled as "not acknowledged" even though it technically was via the autoresponder.  Is there a way to set this up?

    I have a batch set up in RE that I use as a template for all Luminate gifts. In that batch, I have the acknowledge field to defaulted to Acknowledged. That means that everytime I use that batch for Luminate gifts, then that field is automatically updated to Acknowledged. I hope that makes sense!
