emails missing from RE NetCommunity tab

Hi all,

After emails are run through BBNC, they show up in RE on each constituent's record on the NetCommunity tab.  For a year or so we've had seemingly random emails never appear in RE, or they appear without a date.  Has anyone else had this problem?  BB said there's nothing they can do.

  • We’ve seen this too and sometimes folks get
    stuck in the opt-out section and keep reappearing even though they
    haven’t opted out.

  • Are these all constituent based email lists?  If you use imported lists they will not show up on the NetCommunity tab.

    We had a similar issue - the number of recipients in RE didn't match the one in BBNC, so some records didn't have emails recorded. And there also were some records without dates. I had a case open with Blackbaud for almost a year, they definitely tried to do something with this, re-synced the whole database a number of times, and it seems working fine now (though I haven't checked our latest eNews yet, haha).


    P.S. Just checked. Almost 2,000 records' difference again. angry

  • I had (might still have) an open case with Blackbaud regarding this exact same issue about 3 or 4 years ago with a different organization.  Emails not populating in the NetCommunity tab or emails showing up but without dates.  To sum up their response - it's a bug in the program, they don't know how to fix it, and they don't plan on trying to figure it out.  That last part was my determination when they just stopped responding to my inquiries on the case status.
  • I thank you all for responding.  The news is disheartening, though, isn't it.  We think we have the opt-out problem, too.
