Cannot upload images in Online Express

Hello, 


When I go to upload new images, the server seems to block the access to my computer (I guess?). I cannot get to things on my desktop, although I can navigate to my desktop folder, it doesn't show all my files and an error appears about a system operator. I can add in existing images into an emal that have been uploaded by someone else on our team.

  • You may need a support case on this one.  If others can upload images and you can't, it sounds like specific to your machine or your RE login.

    Hi Jessica- are you hosted? and are you using some sort of shared or networked drive? I know in my case the answer to both questions is "yes" and so I have to copy anything on a shared drive into my actual drive on my computer in order to access it - and even then I have to give permission for Citrix to access that drive when asked. It's a security thing where your hosted application cannot or will not connect to a shared drive, only your local drive.
