    If you are Blackbaud hosted it should be installed, if not then you should receive an email from Blackbaud with a link and instructions to install the plugin - request a new email if you can't find this. Once installed, access to Online Express is available to anyone with Supervisor access or who is a member of one of the security groups that you select in Online Express from Account / Integration Options / Security. Once it is set up those with access see Online Express in the module list of RE under Dashboards and access it from there. Currently Online Express is just available through old RE7 / database view. Access from RE NXT is still a work in progress.

    Hey Bryan.  Let me know what organization you work with and I'll see if you guys have Online Express (and let you know.)  Catherine is correct on the install piece.  Online Express does have to be activated once the install is complete but we have resources for that, as well as an Adoption program.
  • Thx for the reply. As a I look a little deeper I think it is installed. But, as you and Catherine suggest, it needs to be activated. I have our site ID but don't recall receiving the other two username - passwords.

    How do I request that?

    The username and password to access Online Express will be the same you use to log into the Database View of Raiser's Edge (since the Online Express plug-in lives in the database view itself).
