If the only thing you're wanting to share is email stats, perhaps you could simply institute a weekly e-newsletter and copy (Snipping Tool) your stats screen into the email? Alternatively (and this may take more or less work depending on how much info you already push to RE), you could push the appeal data to the RE records, then generate a report and include it on a user Dashboard set to certain user security groups.
