Batching in Events payments that include benefits

Hello everyone,


I'm experiencing an issue regarding batching in credit card payments for events where benefits are taken out.  The credit cards are run via NetCommunity/Online Express.  Once the batch is committed that particular gift is linked to the appropriate event and in the event's module the benefits are populated.  however in the gift record itself under the benfits tab, the benfits are not present reulting in an inaccurate receipt printing for the donor i.e. only the amount after benefits is present on the receipt.  Is there a work around where I can have the benefits tab on the gift record be populated in order to run a correct receipt?  Thank you for your help in advance.

    I find this happens whether it is a credit card payment or cash/check. You might want to make sure before you commit the batch to make sure to apply the benefit to each line in the batch this might help.

    I find that before I print our year end statements I have to run a query for all gifts that are supposed to have a receipt value and verify that the benefits have been applied.  Just so you know if you have benefits on a pledge and a person makes multiple payments against the pledge the benefits do not split, you have to figure out the breakdown for each pay-cash gift.
