Why will Razor's Edge not let me copy paste a URL?  Typing it in is tedious and archaic.

    Hi Sherry - If you are referring to copying and pasting into Online Express, I am able to do so by Control C for copy and Control V for paste.  When I tried to right click on my mouse to paste it would not work but the Control V does.

    Thank you for that!    Now on to the next frustrating obstacle... linking to a document without having to post it to the internet or website.  I'm trying to link a press release to a photo.  I'm lost.

    Hi, even when I'm using keyboard shortcuts, I cannot paste anything. It only accepts a paste from something that was copied within Raiser's Edge originally, such as existing text in an email draft. I've also tried to save my word docs as *txt files, but it's still only accepting something copied from within Raiser's Edge. sad

    A special note to add to this is that sometimes it depends on your computer and operating system. A coworker of mine who switched to a Mac can no longer use keyboard shortcuts (like F7 to look up a fund) in RE. He now has to manually type in the Fund name when looking up a fund in OLX to link gift downloads.
