Large number of constituents set to deactivated in Luminate Online but not in your CRM

I have a large number of constituents (thousands) where the constituent was set to deactivated in Luminate Online but not in Luminate CRM.  Does anyone know of an easy way to set these back to activate in Luminate Online?

    How are they not inactive in LCRM but are in LOM? Those records should be mirrioring each other. So that's the first red flag I'd get support to check.


    Second.... If you can build a group of these people you can actually ask support to re-active everyone in that group. They will not opt people back into email but they can change their status from Removed to Active.
