Good Morning! Does anyone currently have a live OLX event form?

I hoping someone in this community can share a link to a live OLX event form.  We have a lot of events throughout the year and although we have the events tab in RE, it's underutilized and even then not properly.  Department head is looking to also update online giving form from one third party to another. Having used OLX giving forms in past I know what to expect and what to show them but want to take a step further and also show how an event form can look and how it feeds directly in RE so that three of us managing this work manually can benefit from OLX efficiently.  I came across some videos which were helpful in creating events on OLX but not showed the preview of the page.  Thanks in advance.
