Inserting a signature image into marketing email?

Options
Does anyone know of a way to insert a signature image into a text box within a marketing email? I tried the suggestion to upload it to a public webpage and copy/paste from there, but that did not work (found here in a response to inserting a image into a thank you response).

The only work around I've come up with is to make a separate text + image box and insert the signature as a left aligned image, then enter a couple of lines and finish out the signature text. HOWEVER -- this means that there is a huge blank gap between the original text box and the text + image box.

Brand new user to OLX so hoping someone might have an easy work around! Thanks!

  • Hi Tracey,

We have encountered the same problem and just ended up not using the signature image just  the name and title.  I hope something comes out in the future to resolve this issue.

If anyone else has a solution that works I would be interested as well.

We use a signature in many of our emails. I create a new image block and insert it under the letter copy text.  I insert the signature file image, left aligned.  You can play with the padding under the style option if necessary. Then insert another text box below with the signer's title information.  Make sure there are no additional spaces above or below each text box.
