How to set/change Base URL?

When building a pagebuilder page, the URL given to share the page is formed as: https://secure.site.org/site/SPageNavigator/pageBuilderPage.html

But then, built into the page itself, in the head section, there is this:


<base href="https://secure.site.org/site/SPageServer?pagename=%2FpageBuilderPage" />

So now, having both of these URLs in play, Google bots lists the pages as being dupliates, with duplicate titles, content, etc. 

Where can I find the setting to change the base URL to match the actual URL to get rid of these duplicate issues in Google?

I haven't heard of the ability to change that. We just publish the PageServer version.

My favorite thing is that the non-secure base href looks like this:


<base href="http://foundation.luriechildrens.org/site/PageServer?pagename=%2F2015_SEM_Landing_2" />

While for the same page the secure base href sometimes looks like this:


<base href="https://secure3.convio.net/cmf/site/" />

I reported that as a bug but they ruled it as intended behavior and could not be changed. Why?! With relative URLs PageServer is treated a level/folder, so having that missing in secure screws up everything. Yes, we can use an STag to build the full URL, but it just makes no sense.
