unsubscribe link showing up at the bottom of emails (i already have an unsubscribe link)

I keep seeing this on the bottom of some of my emails:
Unsubscribe from receiving email, or change your email preferences.

I already have an unsubscribe link within the email though. I am not using templates but just straight html. Does anyone know how to remove this? I have some emails that don't have this. i've been looking at my code and i'm just not seeing a difference between my emails to cause it to create this horrible looking unsubscribe link at the bottom. I have also opened up a case with support.

The code to the whole eblast? or just the unsubscribe area code? Will it create this link because of code?

Hey Maria,

Is one the e-mail with the extra unsubscribe using the 'Blank Stationary' that is included with Luminate. That stationary will automatically add the unsubscribe link in this manner.

We created a stationary called 'Actually Blank Stationary', that is actually "Blank'. That pre-built one is a bit misleading.

If you do something like the above, that should take care of your issue.

Yes, I think you have to code the unsubscribe link exactly or LO doesn't detect that it is present and adds it's own.
