Sending a one-off or manual e-card?

Hi all,


Does anyone know if an administrator in LO is able to manually send an e-card?


Are you able to re-send an ecard if a donor says they never received it?


Any help on these two questions would be great!

    There's no setting for a resend, but you can create a new eCard campaign, using the same stationary and message. See  https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/63169 for the explanation.


    When you recreate it, you can put in the one email address in the "Recipients Label" field on the "Sender and Recipient Options" section of the Edit eCard Form page.  See the help documentation for steps.
