Raisers Edge Slow/Freezes today

Has anyone noticed  any issues with RE having a slow response time or seeming to freeze for a bit, then wake up?

One of our people tried to log on this morning and received the "database not found" error.  I believe she has since logged in, but there does seem to be something happening.

I just tried to run a pivot report and received an "application-define or object-defined error" message.

Comments

  • Haven't had any problems earlier today, but a few minutes ago we got a "disconnected" message and a statement about retrying connection in 5 minutes. We're all back up and running now.
  • Just froze up on me and had to disconnect from the connection center. Still unable to get back in as of now. 
  • Had that happen in both RE and ResearchPoint
    about a half hour ago
