I need to edit/change the Tell A Friend page when someone uses this link on an email. How do I access the message to change it?

    Hi Molly,


    I saw in another post that Luminate is down (I'm having issues accessing it too).  I wanted to make sure before posting my response, where to tell you to go in LO, but here goes from memory:  I believe you have to go into the Survey section (I can't remember the name of the section on the Title bar).    Wish I could remember the other steps, but we don't edit our Tell a Friend letter often, so I can't remember off the top of my head the exact steps, but perhaps that will give you a good first step.  I'll  post a more detailed response when LO is back up and running.

    but haven't been able to reach the page that can be edited.  You may need to contact Support to point you in the right direction.  I'm ready to give up on figuring out how to do this!  This system is not intuitive and doesn't use terminology used in the nonprofit sector.  Pretty frustrating!

    Hi Colleen,


    I clicked on the first link you provided and it talks about the Participant Center.  Where and how can I find that in Luminate? 


    As I said to Molly, I was having a really hard time finding the Tell A Friend page to edit, and still can't find it.  Nothing is marked as TAF anywhere in our Page Building sections that I can see.

    I was just trying to deal with this as well. I contacted support, who told me that I didn't have the ability to do it. Apparently, we don't even have full access to Luminate (one of the many many reasons we are looking into other solutions and hope to be done with Luminate soon). The support person said he could change it, but then ran into some error where he couldn't even do it and would have to open a case to get it done. I said not to bother because it was something we needed right then, so we ended up abandoning using Tell-A-Friend and set up some social media sharing links instead. Incredibly frustrating experience.
