BBNC - RE Integration Questions. New Customer! Please Help!

We are about to go live in BBNC. I have questions/concerns regarding the Raiser's Edge BBNC Plugin and BBNC interface:

1. We have recieved unfortunate confirmation that the BBNC plugin does not support searching for organization or spouse constituent records when creating those relationships from a sign-up request, profile update, donation... How do others efficiently track these non-constituent relationships for after-the-fact cleanup once all BBNC Plugin transactions are completed?

2. We have not found a way to efficiently add a Date From to new addresses. Is there a way to accomplish this with some degree of ease or is this another consolation we will have to make?

3. Cell phones! We cannot figure out how to import cell phone information. All of our attempts thusfar have resulted in cell phone numbers coming in without a phone type. Do we need to map one of the "Additional Phone" fields in BBNC to our Cell Phone phone type in RE? There must be a way to conveniently add/update information regarding the worlds most popular communication device, right?

4. When an individual provides us with a business phone, the number is pulling into the organization relationship on the constituent record. We'd prefer it live on the Bio 1 tab. Any tips for how to adjust our BBNC forms to accomplish this?

We have had NC for 9 years and unfortunately as you have found it isn't a very good integration. Nothing much has improved with the plugin. Would be keen to hear from anyone who uses the plugin successfully?

Regarding number 2, there are a couple of clunky ways to do it:

    - You could open the record manually after processing the address and add date from manually...

    - Run query/update daily for any new addresses added today with information source NetCommunity (or whatever you have selected) date from as todays date. This could be run as a que or ImportOMatic to run automatically with a little bit of work.

Number 3, yes we have mapped mobile to Additional Phone type in NetCommunity and works fine.

Number 4, I haven't looked at this but I presume if business phone is mapping to organisation record, remove that field on your NC page and add your bio 1 business phone as another additional phone type which should map correctly.
