Hello,

I'm creating an export for the purpose of merging information into a word document. I have an excel sheet I'd like to include in constituent profiles, and I'd also like to be able to export this excel sheet to a custom document. Currently, I'm trying to save the information in the media section of a constituent record, but there doesn't appear to be a way to export the actual media store in the media tab - only description, etc. 


Is exporting media possible? If not, is there a better way to accomplish my goal of exporting a small spreadsheet stored in RE for use in a merge?

    Well, the media tab stores attachments, and you can't use merge an attachment to a document from a mail merge - and you can't export an attachment because that would be exporting a file, which . . . it's hard to explian, but it just doesn't work :P


    What kind of information are you storing in this "small spreadsheet" in your media tab? Maybe there's a better way to store this info in RE so that you can merge it successfully.
