    It looks like all Chat is up except Luminate (which makes sense since they are an hour behind).


    Perhaps try again?

    Okay, I logged out and logged back in and chat support is available now.

    I think the Luminate Chat is still on CST, so they don't start until 8 Central (which is 9 Eastern) which could be why they seemed 'closed' earlier


    hard to say though...glad you got it to work  :)


    I have not needed Luminate support since they switched all to the Blackbaud site (was that this week?!)
